Description

A fragrance-free and paraben-free cream with 500 mg progesterone per ounce derived from wild yam.  Additional ingredients include Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, and Vitamin E.

Suggested Use

Apply to soft areas such as the inner arms, chest, or neck. Rotate application area daily to avoid saturation.

Pre-menopausal women: Apply 1/4-1/2 teaspoons twice a day, 14 days before expected menses, discontinue use 1-2 days before menses and start again 10-12 days after menses.

Post-menopausal women: Apply 1/4-1/2 teaspoons twice a day for 25 consecutive days and discontinue use for 5 consecutive days.
