Suggested Use

Apply to soft areas such as the inner arms, chest, or neck. Rotate application area daily to avoid saturation.

Premenopausal women: Apply 1-2 pumps twice a day, 14 days before expected menstrual cycle. Discontinue use 1-2 days before menstrual cycle, and start again 10-12 days after menstrual cycle (counting the first day of menstruation as Day 1).
Postmenopausal women: Apply 1-2 pumps twice a day for 25 consecutive days and discontinue use for 5 consecutive days.

Clean feeling gel that immediately melts into your skin!

Bought one bottle to try and LOVE how quickly it's absorbed and melts into your skin. Ordered 2 more bottles. It looks like a lightweight white, slightly translucent cream when you pump it out, but it's actually a "gel cream". This gel form disappears very quickly into your skin, also dries quickly and undetectable, no greasy or tacky feel. Super fast shipping, they get it out in the mail right away and I had it in only a few days both times I ordered. (If you're looking for a traditional moisturizer feel, I'd go for the regular cream form.) I personally love the "clean feel" of this gel like option vs. the moisturizing cream forms.

Easy to use, works fine, and without stain, oder, or noticeable residue.

I liked the original "Healthy Progesterone Cream" formula, which contained just one oil from grape seed extract, plus another alcohol aspect for emulsion and better absorption. But the new cream formula, like other progesterone creams I have tried, has more ingredients and contains more oils, which can interfere with absorption. So I switched to this Natural Progesterone Gel instead. Same dosage strength, which is potent, yet easily measured. It develops more friction as it is rubbed in, but this subsides and it does go in cleanly and completely, so I am pleased with it.
