What is Beta-Alanine?
Beta-Alanine is a naturally occurring and non-essential amino body. They can be produced by the body and is a precursor of carnosine. Increasing the Carnosine levels in your muscles may decrease muscle fatigue and increase muscle strength and endurance. 1,2 Beta-Alanine may also improve your cardiovascular health.*
