What is Resveratrol?

Grape Seed Extract
Grape Seed Extract comes from the tiny seeds of the red grape. It is rich in bioflavonoids, which are plant substances that help protect cells from free radical damage. Grape Seed Extract contains procyandolic oligomers (PCOs), also known as proanthocyanidins.
While often considered a recent discovery, proanthocyanidins have been extensively studied since the late 1960s for their powerful vascular wall strengthening properties and free radical scavenging activity. Proanthocyanidins are one of the most potent free radical scavengers known, possessing an antioxidant effect up to 50 times more potent then vitamin E and up to 20 times more powerful then vitamin C. Proanthocyanidins also have an affinity for cell membranes and may provide nutritional support to reduce capillary permeability and fragility.*
Although bioflavonoids are widespread in nature, the powerful proanthocyanidin compound is most abundant and available from the bark of the maritime pine and in grape seeds. Jacques Masquelier, Ph.D., who pioneered proanthocyanidin research, used the grape seed extract in his second phase of the proanthocyanidin investigation.*

I really cannot say anything negative about Resvert Plus. This is truly a marvelous supplement which is a treasure of benefits. For me, it is a powerhouse of health promotion. I take it every day and the main benefit is my Immune system. It's a feeling of strength and resilience. I do appreciate that the other ingredients in Resvert Plus may also have a part to play in this. The other major benefit I feel is the increased energy levels that I experience. I am completely satisfied that this increased energy is due to Resvert Plus. One technical question I would like to answer is if RP is better taken with or without food. Perhaps there is not enough research on Resveratrol, in general, internationally, at this stage, to answer this question.Price Value Quality
