Do you ship orders to my country?
We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Almost all orders going to Europe are first routed through our European Distribution Center, so that you avoid additional issues or fees from your local customs office. If you want the item shipped directly to you, please leave a note in the order and we will honor your request. Some product cannot be imported into certain countries (please see the next question for more information).
Can the specific supplement I want be shipped to my country?
Unfortunately, we cannot keep up with every country’s customs laws. We consider it to be your responsibility to know what can and cannot be imported into your country. We suggest checking with your country’s customs office to be certain it is allowed. If your order is confiscated by customs officials, we cannot issue a refund.
Can I buy these products in my area?
Supplement Spot does not operate any "brick and mortar" or physical stores. We are able to offer you our low prices because we operate solely over the internet. However, if you find yourself in the North Texas area, you are welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse to avoid shipping fees.
The Quantity Discounts look different. What has changed?
We used to provide quantity discounts for purchasing more than one of the same product in 5% increments. This was a little messy so we simplified it. We hope you like it. It’s now just 10% off if you purchase 3 of the same product and 20% off is you purchase 5 or more.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping varies depending on the size and weight of your order. Simply go to your Shopping Cart with the desired products and enter the country and postal code at the bottom of the page. Your shipping options will appear below your entrée. If you choose to checkout without ever evaluating what you have put in your shopping cart, the shipping costs will appear as you enter your customer information. Existing customers that have already logged in will automatically see their shipping options at checkout.
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
All retail orders over $50 shipping to addresses in the United States qualify for FREE Shipping. Free Shipping is also available to Canadian addresses for orders over $125, and to other international addresses for orders over $200.
I’m having trouble finding a specific supplement on your website. What is the easiest way to search?
You can type in the name of the product, an ingredient in the product or even a specific keyword in our search field and click the little magnifying glass. Your product options will appear.
Our main categories are Health Concerns, Vitamins and Supplements, and Skin and Beauty. As you place your cursor over a category, you will see a drop down menu of subcategories. Simply click on the subcategory of choice and off you go!
I am trying to order with my credit card but I keep getting an error. What do I do?
• First, double check your credit card number. You might have typed it in incorrectly.
• The most common error for credit card entry is that the billing address is incorrect. The billing address you enter on the payment page must be the exact address where you receive your credit card statements. It is ok to ship to a different address, but in some cases we may need to verify some additional information with your credit card company.

I have not received my package yet. What can I do?
If it has been more than 5 business days (for domestic orders), please call us toll-free at 866-285-1998, or use our LiveChat feature. Make sure to check for your tracking number by logging in to your account, and selecting your order. You should be able to see a tracking number in the Comments section.
If you are shipping outside of the United States, orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your order after this time, please call us at 1-817-386-5627 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received the wrong product.
If you received the wrong product, please call us at 866-285-1998, or use LiveChat. We will be happy to replace the product for you.
I want to sign up for your Auto Ship program so I can get supplements on a regular basis without the hassle of ordering every time, plus get a 20% discount in addition to the quantity discounts. How do I sign up?
Simply call us at 866-285-1998 or email us at email@example.com and we will set you up as an Auto Ship customer in our secure database.
