Also know as Brazilian cocoa, Guarana is a caffeine-containing herb which is used as an energy drink and natural stimulant. Guarana contains chemical compounds called xanthines which include caffeine, theobromine and theophylline.
What does Guarana do?
Guarana helps to stimulate the body to use up calories by generating heat. It is used for its stimulating properties and for its diuretic action.* Guarana is comparable in caffeine to high caffeine coffee without the acids and latte.
